The weather will start cooling down in London soon, which means there isn’t much time left to get outside and enjoy the outdoor activities we offer. Studies have indicated that being outdoors can help alleviate mental fatigue, reduce stress, and sharpen your thinking. Sunshine is also a great natural source of vitamin D, which helps boost your immune system (just make sure to put on sunscreen!)
